ORDER CONFIRMATION

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on SmheartLife.com. 

PAYMENT

SmheartLife accepts Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to SmheartLife, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. SmheartLife.codoes not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. SmheartLife.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. SmheartLife.com prices are shown in the following currencies: British Pound (GBP)

SHIPPING

We send all packages by Post Office to all the international destinations DHL, UPS, and PacketTracked are used. Exceptions cannot be made. Shipping times for regular service outside of the United Kingdom are 5-18 business days, and as a regular service inside the UK 2-4 business days.

SmheartLife.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the UK. All shipping times are guidelines only. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage.

Local customs and duties may apply upon import. These not covered by SmheartLife and need to be paid by the customer. Customer Service is at the customer’s disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on hello@smheartlife.com. 

RETURNS

We offer customers to return purchased products for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. 
 
Returned goods must be unopend, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags/ Labels, or will otherwise not be accepted. All orders are sent in appropriate packaging,. Shipments do not include a return label, but we will email you a return label after you register your return.  
 
If you are returning your products for a refund, we will deduct a return shipping charge from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back to the UK. If you are returning your products for an Exchange or Store Credit, you will not be charged for the return shipping. 
 
Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by SmheartLife. Once the returned product is received by SmheartLife, the return will be processed for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund as per your request within 30 days
